Arkantos War is a RuneScape player known by many for creating videos on YouTube, earning descent popularity since 2011, when he started creating a series of animations that refers to suppositions of what Skillcapes emotes would look like if there were ones for level 120 skills other than the 120 Dungeoneering cape emote.
He claims all his animations are created in a software called Blender. The emotes are performed by a male RuneScape character in red main clothes and brown hair with moustache. Some people claim he got this model from RuneScape Private servers, from programs made by the mentioned community like "RuneScape Model Viewer" (RSMV).
