Mod Mark, known outside RuneScape as Mark Ogilvie, is a Jagex Moderator and the head content designer for RuneScape. He created and wrote the dialogue for Bob the Jagex Cat. He also wrote the dialogue of Hellcats. His friends chat is usually filled with many people even though Mod Mark is rarely in his friends chat. His private is not on public so if you add him, you will never see him go online when he's online.
