"Grumpy" GoingCrazy201 (previously known as Amber Meow before name was hijacked by another player) is a RuneScape player with an Overall level of 2,444 as of 24 April 2014. Her real name is Amber. Amber is most famous for making RuneScape Quest guides on YouTube under her channel called Goingcrazy201. Her videos are so successful that searching any quest on YouTube will usually result in her videos in the top fifteen.
According to her videos, Amber started playing RuneScape after her friend flared2 insisted. Amber was introduced to the game with the quest Sheep Shearer, and has since loved them. While doing Ernest the Chicken, Amber had difficulties completing a puzzle. She came across Sal's Realm and was able to complete the quest, but found that many other people were having difficulties with the quest. She recommended the website Sal's Realm to them, and many found it hard to understand. Amber ended up having to guide the people through the quest herself, and since YouTube only had a few high quality guides for RuneScape Quests, she decided to make some.
Many YouTubers have criticized Amber Meow for being rude to her fans. She claims it is just annoying being so famous and has confirmed that she does care about her fans. Amber wants to be treated like a regular player, and gets extremely frustrated when people freak out and ask her questions whenever she wants to play in peace. She also stated that she plays World of Warcraft and Minecraft more than RuneScape and she thinks RuneScape is getting a bit boring for her. Amber also confirmed that she has interest in making more RuneScape guides such as skill guides and money-making guides in the future.
Amber Meow has stated on her Facebook page: "I try to cap citadel at least once a week, but it all depends on how much I make time for".
Amber Meow has achieved skill mastery in 13 skills; none combat. She has stated that she likes skilling more than combat, as this allows her to chat with her friends and watch a movie in another windowe.
Whenever JaGEx releases a new quest, Amber usually makes guides, which can take a few days to be uploaded to YouTube, but this has slowed down greatly recently. Amber's fans believe that her new quest guides are much better than her old ones. This is because many of the old guides are now outdated, as Jagex has changed part of the quest or the area the quest is set in. So many of Amber's fans complained about her outdated quest guides that she decided to create a new account recently. This account is called No Meow 4 U, and Amber promised to update her quest guides using this account. She has also started a skiller on Old School Runescape - Amber Meowth.
