MFI is a RuneScape and Old School RuneScape (OSRS) player from the United Kingdom. He received much attention (resulting in a debatable ‘semi-famous’ status) during a Rune Shark livestream on Twitch.tv/runeshark. MFI returned several valuable items to the well-known player Rune Shark (James), on his OSRS account Sc0ooby Doo, after he died in the Slayer Tower.

Rune Shark (James) recently attained 85 Slayer and was killing Abyssal Demons 'on stream' in the hope of receiving valuable Abyssal Whip drops. James was utilising the set effect of Full Dharok's to maximise his kill speeds; this is done by maintaining extremely low hitpoints whilst the ‘Protection from Melee prayer’ is activated. A suspected server side lag allegedly caused a brief server-wide disconnection for most, possibly all, players. Unfortunately, this ‘lag’ returned James to the login screen and upon logging back into the game he discovered that he had died and many of his valuable items had been dropped to the floor.

These items became available to ‘loot’ to all the surrounding players; the area was fairly populated because James was livestreaming. James died because his Prayer Points depleted to 0 and thus his ‘Protection from Melee’ was deactivated; he was then vulnerable owing to his low hitpoints. MFI managed to loot Rune Shark's items, including a Dharok’s Helm, Abyssal Whip and an Amulet of Fury. MFI returned all these items to James quickly resulting in much gratified attention from the community. He was made an Twitch Stream Admin (by runeshark) and invited into the ‘on stream’ Skype-call with Rune SharkRuneshark (Simon) and Fairytales (Kieren).
