Mod Stevew is a senior RuneScape Jagex Moderator who works for Player Support for RuneScape.[1] His previous roles include Community Manager of FunOrb and RuneScape as well as a lengthy period as Head of Player Moderators.
Mod Stevew was the first Jagex Moderator to publically show special abilities available to Jagex staff when he spawned zombies into the grand exchange in a live game world as part of a stage presentation at RuneFest 2011.
Edits of the official game rules indicate that he writes the rules which would seem likely given his role and seniority.
Unusually, he holds two J Mod staff game accounts, Mod Stevew and Mod Gameblast, the latter is used solely for the charity event GameBlast that Jagex hosts each year. The Mod Gameblast account is unique as it is the only J Mod staff account that has the ability to trade to and from regular players.
