Before WG[]

Mojo began playing RuneScape with his school friends in 2004. He registered the name "Mojohaza1". This was derived from the Powerpuff Girls villain Mojo Jojo and his real life name of Harry. Uncertainty remains as to why the number 1 was added but it is thought that he had briefly played RuneScape Classic and lost access to the original "Mojohaza". A screenshot from one of Mojo's old TuneScape videos His first major clanning experience was a clan called TuneScape in 2006. This was the heyday of clanning and despite being a fairly low levelled clan TuneScape engaged in many large F2P battles. Mojo even recorded some of these battles and some ended up with thousands of views, despite the unregistered hypercam and poor editing.

In 2007, TuneScape was closed and Mojo joined a successor clan called True Supremacy which deliberately had the same "TS" initials as TuneScape. This clan soon died in the same year. Mojo continued to come and go from RuneScape for the next few years, always maintaining his membership which has been running none stop since December 2004.

WG[]

Ever since joining the clan scene Mojo had been aware of the Wilderness Guardians. He decided to check them out around the Winter of 2008/9 and was blown away by the Flash Site he found. He immediately posted an application to join and remained in WG for a few months of early 2009. However, inactivity soon took its toll and Mojo was removed from the clan. He continued playing RuneScape on and off until 2011.

Early Years[]

It was 2011 and Mojo had a long summer break after finishing his A-Levels. He decided this was the perfect time to rejoin the Wilderness Guardians. Upon investigating, he found that he did not have the required combat level of 110 to join the clan. All was not lost though, a few months earlier the Descendant Guardians had returned for a third time under the Leadership of DG Keanu who was later to be known as Vio. Mojo jumped on the chance to join and quickly climbed the member ranks of DG, reaching the highest rank of Elite Soldier within three months. He was very active on DG's forums, IRC and in game.

Realising his potential, Keanu promoted Mojo to Advisor of DG in January 2012. Mojo continued to support DG throughout this year, even controversially refusing to go above level 109 combat, which would have meant his transfer to the main clan: WG. EoC soon arrived and by this point WG and DG were largely one and the same, often taking part in each others events.

Old School RuneScape[]

an infamous moment in WG history where Mojo obtained a 1kc Kalphite Queen pet, despite being a very infrequent PvMer. In February of 2013, Jagex released Old School RuneScape due to popular demand for a retro version of the game. WG opened an OSRS section and due to this the Descendant Guardians were closed once more. Mojo was now a WG Advisor. Alongside Rachelove9 and the rest of the staff team Mojo helped WG get off to a great start by defeating Poison in a large war of 40 people.

2014 was a slow year for Mojo and WG on OSRS but Mojo worked to assist new Leader Brent147 where he could.

From 2015 onwards, His Lordship was increasingly inactive and with Brent having left, Mojo was de facto Leader although he maintained the Advisor role in name until 2017. During these years, Mojo helped the OSRS clan maintain steady, if not spectacular, activity. During this time Mojo helped establish the Justice Alliance.

2017 arrived and the clan was starting to lose members who were unhappy with Mojo and WG's approach to PvP. In particular their allies Vanguard took some WG members. Tensions such as this eventually lead to the end of the alliance.

Mojo used turned this turmoil to WG's advantage, instigating major changes which included the removal of all OSRS requirements and the introduction of new IPB4 forums. Under this new structure the clan began to flourish, reaching new heights of first 100 and then 150 daily forum users. This was greatly helped by the introduction of OSRS mobile. Mojo lead the 2018 Anniversary celebrations where the CC was capped out at 100 people for the drop party event.

In early 2019, Mojo was still active on Discord and forums but was attending fewer events or PK trips in game due to losing interest. This caused tension with some of the PKers in the clan who thought Mojo was out of touch and not listening to their concerns about the state of the clan. In July, an exodus occurred, with Mojo banning over 20 members who went on to form a hostile clan called Nothing Left, named after His Lordship's famous TeamSpeak Rant. Despite the mass ban and loss of many PKers, Mojo helped WG remain active in this period in both PvP and outside of it.

DarkScape[]

Jagex dropped a surprise announcement in September of 2015 with the sudden release of DarkScape, a PvP based version of RuneScape 3. Mojo jumped on this, seeing an opportunity to try something new with WG. He appointed himself as DarkScape leader in the absence of His Lordship and the clan quickly became the biggest in the game, frequently taking part in Warbands which became the central part of PvP on DS.

Mojo kicked a popular DS member for botting in December of 2015 and this caused an exodi. However, a core of members remained and WG remained competitive until DS was shut down in March of 2016.

RuneScape 3[]

In preparation for the release of EoC Mojo had trained his account to the max combat level, knowing that training techniques were soon to change. When RuneScape 3 was released Mojo joined WG in some minor battles and helped the Silent Guardians with their citadel upkeep. With the release of Legacy mode to RS3 there was a small revival in the F2P Clan Wars scene on RS3 which Mojo and WG took full advantage of, often challenging for the #1 spot. This only lasted around 6 months before the scene died down.

Following the closure of DarkScape and with a new Discord set up, Mojo decided to try something new and copied the old DarkScape set up to RS3. This meant that WG on RS3 now had no requirements to join and did not require members to use forums or even Discord. Discord was made optional whilst forum usage for RS3 clan members was no longer needed. Mojo's plan worked and to this day the structure is working well for RS3, despite a gradual decline in RS3 players.

Real Life[]

Born in 1993, Mojo's real life name is Harry, hinted by his old RS name of "Mojohaza1". He lives in the North East of England and works in recruitment for the rapidly growing delivery company Deliveroo. He is also the lead Admin of 2007Clans, a memberlist service.
