}} One of the few active players who played Devious Mud, the beta of RS Classic, he is most known for his in-game wealth, which is suspected to be the largest total wealth any player has ever held in-game, at once. He released a few bank screenshots showing hundreds of partyhats that he owned since the early years of RS Classic, and he is known to have shown obscene amounts of wealth to players in-game, usually friends, but sometimes to randoms as well. He is fairly active on social media, although has not started a YouTube channel like many other high tier players. In the summer of 2014, it is believed that his computer was targeted by a virus and he claims a hacker wiped clean more than two dozen of his alternate, or mule, accounts. This has yet to be confirmed, and Jagex has not released a statement regarding the high amount of rares taken off his accounts.

Moltrinex first started Runescape in 1999, when his older cousin got him to play together for a public beta week on Devious Mud. Moltrinex was KJ Slimshady, and his cousin went by the name "Raist", from a Dragonlance book series they both enjoyed. They both came back in 2001 for the launch of Classic, and unlike most players at the time, they hoarded rares from each holiday event, by the hundreds. KJ Slimshady made another account, the first of his many alts, by the name of Saxplayer, but Jagex made him change the name for unknown reasons; he choose Saxplayer'02. Raist quit in 2004 shortly after RS 2 launched, and gave Moltrinex all his rares, essentially doubling Moltrinex's collection.

Moltrinex was not known throughout the years of RS 2, while players like Chessy018 and later on Fishy gained fame for their wealth being in the hundreds of billions. He quit and came back to the game many times, and spent his time merching or doing clue scrolls, rather than leveling or pk'ing. One of his friends said, "He has an obsession with in-game wealth, it's all he's ever doing is making gp." -Pichu32.

He quit and came back to the game many times, and spent his time merching or doing clue scrolls, rather than leveling or socializing. One of his friends said, "He has an obsession with in-game wealth, it's all he's ever doing is making gp." -Pichu32.
Moltrinex spread his wealth across a number of mule accounts, or characters that have very low levels just to hold money. In 2009 one of his mules, Zelda1078, was logged into from a real-life friend who discovered his password, and dropped several billion gp worth near the Varrock bank. The friend also logged into his main, however there was very little wealth on Moltrinex, and instead the "friend" destroying some of his untradables, including a Scythe which he was not able to re-claim. In 2011, another one of his mules, with an unknown name, was hacked for a much higher amount, thought to be around 50-60 billion. Moltrinex quit after this, but came back a few months later.

By this time, the rares that he had hoarded had become very valuable, and he claims to have sold all his rares except the 2001 Christmas items (his partyhats and crackers). From this money, Moltrinex bought high level gear to start pvm, and began his admirable merching career, through the GE. He invested in large amounts of Third-Age armor, buying it on the GE over long periods of time from many different accounts, and then dumping it back or trading randomly on world 2 for high profits, manipulating the prices and gaining profits similar to dicers at the time. He quit again in 2013 to finish college, and returned to Runescape 3 in the winter of 2014. Here he seemed to return a very different player.

With low stats, no 99's, and usually wearing mid-tier gear, Moltrinex blended in with other players. However, once in awhile he would engage in a heated argument in the GE with others, usually over Runescape history or wealth. He was often ignored due to his stats not matching his account age, and this caused him to invest a large amount of gp towards leveling his buyable skills exceedingly fast. Moltrinex joined his first clan at this time, and then spent over 2 billion gp to go from 1700 total to over 2200 in a couple months. He casually admitted to different degrees of his wealth to his clan mates, while he became accustomed to the new combat system and features of RS 3/ EoC. After maxing most of his buyables, he quickly maxed his combat levels, and became owner of the clan (Crew Nation) he first joined. He made a large impression on many lower leveled players in the clan, and showed and even apparently shared large amounts of wealth with them.

Approximately a month after taking over Crew Nation, Moltrinex disbanded the clan and re-formed it within his Friends Chat, and joined Decimus. He posted a few bank shots online showing his bank to be well over 1 trillion gp, and stated he wanted to become the richest player in Runescape. He was not secretive regarding his worth in Decimus. In reality however, he held approximately 2.3-2.6 trillion gp total, and had been the wealthiest player for years (this was known by a select, very few players, including the author of this wiki, and Jagex). He told his friends, mainly from Crew Nation, to advertise his wealth so he would be more known in the community. He made several players, and even the entire clan Rift, spiteful towards towards him, and was increasingly targeted by attempted lures, of which he would play along to the end only to break off and flaunt hit wealth to the scammers/ lurers. He also dumped a large amount of Third Age Druidic right when it began to crash, and began to hoard lower price items like runes and ore.

After spreading his wealth fairly quickly, various players threatened to hack him, or kill him anytime he stepped into the wildy. He also received some real life threats from other players who found him on Facebook, who were aggravated by his flaunting. Like so many other famous player though, he was indeed hacked in August 2014, and has not yet gained access to his main account, although he claims Jagex has locked it. His current wealth is not known, and some players think he faked losing his wealth to find a better time to come forward. He still has access to a few accounts though, and if his main was not wiped, he is still a multi-billionaire, however the specific numbers are completely hidden.

He is active in Decimus and takes leading his Crew Nation community very seriously. He regularly updates his social media pages of his current goal progress, notably max cape, but he has mentioned the desire to gain 5.2b total xp and reach "True Completionist" status, as described by Dragonseance.
He has said on various streams and on social media that he is not quitting despite the losses, and will try to re-gain his former wealth, perhaps on a YouTube series. He is well-liked in Decimus and very popular among the Crew Nation community.

A few other notable facts regarding Moltrinex is he at one point owned a War Ship, considered the rarest item in the game. It is not known whether it has survived being destroyed through all his account security issues, although he has said he might feed it to his Baby Troll, indicating that he still has it.

Moltrinex, formerly known as Kj Slimshady and Saxplayer'02, is a Runescape player.

He reached his most desired goal, Max Cape, on January 30, 2015. Shortly after, he disappeared from the game, only to appear in local news. He has not since been heard from.

Early Career

Moltrinex was not known throughout the years of RS 2, while players like Chessy018 and Fishy gained fame for their wealth being in the hundreds of billions. He quit and came back to the game many times, and spent his time merching or doing clue scrolls, rather than leveling or socializing. One of his friends said, "He has an obsession with in-game wealth, it's all he's ever doing is making gp." -Pichu32.

He is active in Decimus and takes leading his Crew Nation community very seriously. He regularly updates his social media pages of his current goal progress, notably max cape, but he has mentioned the desire to gain 5.2b total xp and reach "True Completionist" status, as described by Dragonseance.

Another notable fact regarding Moltrinex is he at one point owned a War Ship, considered the rarest item in the game. It is not known whether it has survived being destroyed through all his account security issues, although he has said he might feed it to his Baby Troll, indicating that he still has it.

He is also very out-spoken regarding his disapproval of real world trading, and Jagex's release of Bonds.

To celebrate his birthday in January, 2015, he dropped a max stack of Pure Essence on f2p, and Tweeted the screenshots: http://puu.sh/eOxuB/e0ea717fbf.jpg http://puu.sh/eOzyD/420774a801.jpg He said he enjoys helping the community and making players happy with giveaways.
