TTUT (irule914) is a player who started late 2004. He has been a well known player in the community (mostly F2P) and is regarded as a "nice" player. As of March 2013, TTUT has accompished 99 Woodcutting in the skill while also training it to 20m XP. On Janurary 20th 2013, TTUT has said he is the owner of the accounts "7E8", "423 Million", "442 Million", "432 Million", and "Million Rule". All the accounts excluding Million Rule have been banned due to the suspicon of Real World Trading.

TTUT has been offered Player Moderator status by Jagex for his contributions in game helping other players with knowledge and money. As of accepting the offer, he was later demoted from Player Moderator status due to the nature of his account being affiliated with the player "7E8".
Ban/Real World Trading
Irule914 has been banned of Marth 10th 2013. This has been confirmed as in a message sent to his YouTube channel "423 Million" he has stated he has been banned on the account for real world trading. Currently he has been quite about the situation as he is willing to become a Player Moderator on another account he is playing on.
