Terror Nisse is a Norwegian player, known for making IRC scripts. He's featured in one of the oldest skillcape videos, called "All the Runescape Skill Capes! (EXCEPT SUMMONING)" on YouTube, as he shows off his Strength Skillcape emote while wearing his Dragon Chainbody and Legs. He also helped the maker of the video to gather people for some of the emotes. At the moment he has 13 99's.
As with the IRC scripts, he has made many of the grand exchange, and highscores scripts, often used in the popular chats.
As for IRC info his personal chat is "spamtest", and he can also often be found in the ingame friends chat "Norge" (means Norway, in norwegian).
