Tiggy (also known as Tiggy18), is one of the Administrators of the clan "Smokin Mils". In the Citadel he is in charge of watching caps, keeping the Moderators, Skilling Leaders, Recruitment Leaders, and the Warlord on top of their game, and maintaining all aspects of the Citadel's runnings.

Tiggy joined the forums on May 5th, 2009, as the 57th member on forums. He was already a Rank, as the forums were only Rank+ until about 2010. He was made a Rank Manager along with the change from forums being Rank+ to forums being public. Tiggy's promotion to General was on April 1st, 2011. Tiggy was promoted to Admin in February, 2011. He primarily resides over the Citadel and in-game clan.
