Wisest Man achieved the 405 Trimmed Completionist cape on Wednesday December 18th 2013. He owns a Scythe and his cumulative online time is over 500 days.
He is responsible for creating the RuneScape forums thread "New Game Content - Suggestions" in forum New Game Content - Suggestions. There he collected and stored lots of quality suggestions. In addition he made other prevailing forum threads, one named "Free Available Username".
He created the concept of the cape after the Trimmed Completionist cape, the Superlative Epitome cape. The requirements to wear the cape are extraordinary, having level 120 in all skills and examine 20,000 things just to name two.
He also created the Max-capes-only Dungeoneering group "Max Club". Max Club was originally for finding quick teams for quick dungeons. Max Club was very successful and had over 500 members in early 2013. Most of the Max Club Elders completed their Dungeoneering goals and left.
